Group Home Workers play an important role in supporting residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. Responsibilities may include assisting with routines, supporting social and recreational activities, maintaining a safe and structured environment, and working collaboratively with families and other professionals.

Placement Opportunities
We welcome placement students who are currently enrolled in Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Developmental Services Worker (DSW) programs and are looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a supportive group home setting. Students completing their placement with us have the opportunity to work alongside experienced staff while developing practical skills in supporting daily living activities, promoting independence, and building positive relationships with residents. Our team is committed to providing a structured and encouraging environment where students can learn, grow, and build confidence in their role.
